Reservations for Aster are recommended; walk-ins are accepted subject to availability. A minimum spend applies from Wednesday to Sunday, set at $60 per person for external guests and $40 per person for in-house hotel guests. This applies to both bookings and walk-ins. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will incur a fee of $45 per person. Sittings are allocated for 1 hour and 30 minutes for groups of up to four guests, and 2 hours and 30 minutes for groups of five or more.

A 6% discretionary gratuity applies to all bookings, and a 10% gratuity applies for groups of ten or more. Surcharges apply on Sundays and Public Holidays. Seating arrangement requests cannot be accommodated. Aster is exclusively for adults aged 18 years and over. The dress code is strictly smart casual; athletic or beachwear attire is not permitted. We welcome guests joining us for the full Aster experience; however, casual viewing of the harbour is unavailable.
