Designed for groups of 8 to 12, this one-hour affair transforms your table into a stage as our bartender crafts cocktails from Aster’s signature bar cart, set against the glittering backdrop of Sydney Harbour.
Savour two handcrafted martinis – your choice of vodka or gin – with your choice of our signature infusions, alongside shared cured meats and cheese boards. The experience culminates in a mini signature cocktail, finished tableside with a dramatic bubble blaster.
