Connect with a compilation of modern Australian dishes crafted using native ingredients found in our neighbouring Royal Botanic Garden – the oldest in Australia.

InterContinental Sydney’s High Tea experience is a careful curation of beloved classics alongside their modern interpretations.

A selection of organic Mayde Teas and a glass of Australian sparkling wine complement three tiers of house-made sweets and savouries, divined by executive chef Matt Hart and his world-class pastry team.

Tree of Life cocktail

InterContinental Sydney has worked with the team at Archie Rose Distilling Co to create The Tree of Life – a botanically inspired welcome drink and a nod to the surrounding Gardens.

This carefully crafted cocktail features the highest quality Gin and Mac Liqueur and incorporates a beautiful blend of native botanicals individually found in the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney Herb Gardens.
