Albert Room & Lobby

With natural light cascading from high glass ceilings, step through a grand sandstone pre-function space into the private Albert Lobby and onto the Albert Room. A refined venue in the heart of Circular Quay, discover period details including stylish mahogany doors and elegant Art Nouveau chandeliers. Complete with inbuilt projector and projection screen, the Albert Room is ideal for hosting small to medium group presentations.

The Albert Room & Lobby overlook Bridge Street and the heritage façade of the Colonial Secretary’s building: a stately Victorian building completed by the same architect as the Treasury Building in which InterContinental Sydney resides. Recently refurbished, the Albert Room takes its name from Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, who was Prince Consort to Queen Victoria at the time of the original Treasury Building’s construction.
